How does a coach get selected for the MSTCA HALL OF FAME? 
The process begins with the nomination of a coach.  In order for a nomination to be considered the nominee must:  1.  Be a member of the MSTCA* while coaching, 2. Have a coaching history spanning a minimum of 20 years (not seasons), 3.  Have success coaching individuals, dual, league, and state meets, 4.  Be an exemplary role model well respected by peers, and 5.  Have made contributions to the sport beyond his/her own team.

All nominations are reviewed by a selection committee.
Documentation and letters of recommendation should be submitted to the committee to support the nomination.  Nomination forms can be downloaded by clicking on the "Awards" tab on the MSTCA website (www.MSTCA.org).

​​In order to participate in any MSTCA sponsored meet during the indoor season a team must submit a single waiver form and file a roster of all eligible athletes with MSTCA president Jim Hoar by December 13, 2016.  Team single payment plan option is due by December 9, 2016.

jewelry rule has been eliminated!  

However, in the PVIAC Indoor League, if, in the judgement of the High Jump official, jewelry may cause injury to an athlete it MUST be re-moved or taped.​​
  ATTENTION COACHES:  There is a NEW Qualifying Procedure for the MIAA post season meets.
    Athletes that meet the listed
 standard will qualify automatically.  If a field is not filled (track- 32, field- 24) the Meet Director will fill it with the next best athletes entered on DirectAthletics.  If the number of automatic qualifiers is larger than the maximum field all will be accepted.  PLEASE check the MIAA website for the 2016-17 Indoor Format and meet details.​​
